1887 SG205 4d DEEP GREEN & DEEP BROWN PANE OF "18" RARE 4th MARGINAL SETTING A very fine and very fresh unmounted mint - MNH - pane of 18, NW pair removed, from the rare 4th marginal setting, with thin lines in the margin. At time of listing, the only example from this setting on eBay.

1902/12 SUPERB EDWARD VII COLLECTION VERY FINE USED CDS SHADES CAT £5000 ++ A superb collection, just about all very fine used examples with CDS cancellations. All sorted into printings cronologically, De La Rue, Harrison, and Somerset House. All marked on tabs with SG numbers, many specialized M numbers. A number appear to have been sent for certification, but no certificate present. Accuracy not guarenteed by us, but a spot check looks good. I did have to change one M8 for an M9 - that lovely pair of 11/2d DLR's with a single cancellation. Do study the large 400dpi images very carefully. A great "control" collection, or a specialised continuation of "M" numbers. Free special Delivery within the UK.

1840 AS49 SG2 1d BLACK PLATE 8 SUPERB USED 4 MARGINAL FULL RED CROSS (CA) A superb used 4 margin example struck by a full red Maltese Cross. Blur in margin NW square. From the left side of the sheet, large part sheet margin. Spec AS49. An exhibition quality stamp.

1887 SG199 2d GREEN & SCARLET WATERMARK INVERTED RPS CERT DRURY LANE CDS RARE A fine used example in the now Scarlet shade SG199, was called vermilion back in 1985. This is difficult stamp in the Carmine shade SG199, but very rare in the the Scarlet shade. A copy of the Royal cert when it was part of a pair. Spec K30(1)a.

1864/79 SG43 1d ROSE RED PLATE 225 UNMOUNTED MINT NH A SCARCE STAMP (OG) A very fine and fresh example of this difficult plate, scarce so fine. SG Cat £3000.00 as mint hinged.

EDWARD VII 1902 DLR M5- 1d BLOOD RED SHADE UNMOUNTED MINT RPS CERTIFICATE A very fine mint marginal example, with RPS certificate. From block of 6 on cert. 1902-1904 (Carmine) Unlisted but known shade.

1887 SG197 JUBILEE 1/2d VERMILION UNMOUNTED MINT MNH INTERPANE BLOCK OF 4 From the left side of the sheet of 120. Horizontal bend across the gutter - the full sheet of 240 stamps - 2 vertical panes of 120 were just about always folded at the post office.

1890 SG210 10d PURPLE & CARMINE UNMOUNTED MINT MNH CORNER BLOCK OF 4 Hinged in lower margin only. From the 2nd marginal setting. Light gum toning, priced accordingly. SG Cat £425.00

1840 DS5 SG5 2d BLUE PLATE 1 RED MALTESE CROSS VERY FINE USED PAIR (LJ/LK) A very used 4 margin pair, each struck by a bright Red Maltese Cross. Spec DS5ua. SG Cat £2500.00 as singles.
